Change Management at GSK:

How can you reduce the delivery time of a new vaccine? This question drove GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), a global pharmaceutical leader, to fully integrate its Quality Control (QC) operations. 

The goal was crystal clear: modernize processes, implement a Smart QC approach, and accelerate the time-to-market for new vaccines. As part of this initiative, GSK rolled out an AI-driven platform to enhance management within its Vaccines Department. 

MJV partnered with GSK to scale this operational transformation through a global change management strategy.
