The following sprints were dedicated to testing and verifying the performance of several campaigns within a sample of 1.5 million people from a total database of 8 million.

The Waterfall-Agile transition improved prioritization and increased marketing productivity. The mindset calls for shorter planning, testing, and launching cycles to deliver more assertive features and generate value in less time.

Over 4 weeks, a multidisciplinary team of 12 client employees were chosen to focus exclusively on increasing conversion rates from redemption campaigns.
